Sunday Breakfast

It’s Sunday and I just had breakfast before getting to work on my many projects. What did I have for breakfast? Energy food! I had squash, broccoli, carrots , brown bread & a cut of steak. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. My breakfast is usually a good one during the weekends but Monday through Friday it’s all about fruit and yogurt! I know I won’t see results to my diet immediately but the more determine I am to keep to my diet, I know I will achieve my goals. Happy Sunday everyone!
