Quiet Songs by Lindsay Kupser.
Lindsay Kupser introduces to Quiet Songs.

There’s a new brooding artists from Vancouver bringing us a refreshing new album called Quiet Songs. Her name is Lindsay Kupser, a Berklee graduate giving some of her best songs on a five-track record with incredibly soothing and gentle music. We enjoy listening to Quiet Songs as we write, study and relax. It is a great escape from a fast paced environment. She reminds us of great artists like Joni Mitchell, Sufjan Stevens, Feist, and Justin Nozuka.

What we love about Lindsay Kupser is her passion for performance and jazz composition. Even before we turned on the music playlist, we were in awe of the beautiful album cover. The flowers on top of Lindsay Kupser’s head are captivating and we love the blue undertones. Press play and we hear ‘All of my Bones Broke on Thursday Evening,’ …it’s good for a bike ride and makes us think. ‘Couldn’t Move to Brooklyn’ is the next track with an awesome acoustic guitar in the background. Anyone who can relate to a loved one moving far away and wishing you could go too, can appreciate this song. Or if you hate the way life is going, this song will bring you somewhere pleasant during hardship with an understanding — you’re not alone. We all go through challenging times and the pace of the song is perfection.

From ‘It Is My Turn’ to ‘Everything Feels So Hard Always’, there’s not one bad track on Quiet Songs. Listen to it while you’re in the shower. Take it on a long walk around the park. Drive down the road on a bad day and relax. You can listen to the entire album Quiet Songs now.
