Duolingo came on top as the most educational game for Americans. Other top skills honed from gaming? Memory, time management, and collaboration. This new report surveyed Americans on what games and apps are the most educational, and here’s what they found. 53% of Americans game daily. 96% believe that playing games can keep your mind sharp and help you learn. 4 in 5 say that technology helps learning, but 3 in 5 say that you can’t replace traditional learning with technology. The top skills honed by games like Duolingo and Wordle include memory, critical thinking, and language skills. 3 in 4 said Wordle helps increase their vocabulary. |
