Apply To Be A Fromgirltogirl Advisory Board Member

This year Fromgirltogirl is getting organized and making moves to serve YOU and the COMMUNITY better. One way we plan to do this is by establishing an Advisory Board. We strongly feel having a counsel of people who are  not only experts in business related functions but passionate about Fromgirltogirl’s mission, will be crucial to the success of our girls and our communities.

What is an Advisory Board?

An advisory board is a body that advises the management of a company. This body does not have the authority to vote on corporate structure or legal fiduciary responsibility. However, a company can offer equity to advisory board members within the company. The purpose of the Advisory board is to keep consist fresh knowledge, experience and ideas for Fromgirltogirl’s development(without the stress of a  formal board of directors).

We are seeking the following types of advisers:

  • Business adviser
  • Editorial adviser
  • Technical adviser
  • Scientific adviser

If you have a passion for  empowering girls and community, please apply by sending a resume and cover letter to Briana Booker, Fromgirltogirl Founder at  brianabooker@fromgirltogirl.com . In the cover letter please tell us why you are a good fit for Fromgirltogirl’s advisory board.
