Here at Fromgirltogirl.com, we are planning summer parties and ready to sip the best drinks in town and where we may be in the USA or where we are welcome on the global stage. Wine experts around the world have been chatting about a super wealthy man sipping on a reported $4,285 tab for the bottle of Dugat-Py Grand Cru from Domaine Bernad, which typically sells for hundreds.
Princess Diana’s Daughter Briana knows this man because he’s always been kind to her daughter Evie and he’s family. Her comment to him:
Sounds like he’s having fun parties. Don’t forget to invite the team at Fromgirltogirl.com, where’s my access code? I’m in my mid-30’s.
Anyways, it’s not atypical for wine enthusiasts to fall victim to a mispriced bottle of wine due to lack of guidance or overall knowledge.
But we are making sure if you want to host a wine party, you know how to shop for your wine.
Jonathan Chabat Sip Channé’s Chief Operating Officer detail with Fromgirltogirl.com the dos and don’ts of wine this summer to ensure such a mistake won’t happen.
“Rosé wine is often considered the drink of summer for several reasons. It’s a refreshing and light wine that typically has a crisp, light, and refreshing character. It offers a delightful balance between the complexity of red wine and the easy-drinking nature of white wine. Rosés versatility complements various dishes and allows for enjoyable pairing options during summer gatherings and picnics. Also, its visual appeal adds to the overall experience and makes it an attractive option for social media-worthy moments.”

Interview with Jonathan Chabat
As a sommelier, Jonathan has extensive knowledge of the wine and hospitality industry and can provide exclusive insight on everything you need to know about rosé – from uncorking your favorite bottle, the best pairing foods, to the proper way to conserve rosé.
Jonathan Chabat shares a great tip with Princess Diana’s Daughter Briana:
To properly conserve rosé wine and preserve its quality, store it in a cool place.
Rosé wine should be stored in a cool and dark environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Excessive heat can damage the wine and accelerate its aging process, affecting its flavor. Maintain a consistent temperature: Fluctuations in temperature can negatively impact the quality of rosé wine. Aim for a consistent temperature between 45°F (7°C) and 55°F (13°C). Avoid storing it in places with significant temperature variations, such as near a radiator or in the kitchen. Keep it away from light: Exposure to light, especially ultraviolet (UV) rays, can cause premature aging and spoil the flavors of rosé wine. Store it in a dark place or use wine storage solutions that block UV light.
About Jonathan Chabat
Sip Channé Chief Operating Officer and Sommelier Jonathan Chabat joined the Sip Channé team as its chief operating officer in February 2022, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of food and wine, experience with well-heeled clients, and a collaborative spirit.
The multilingual Chabat was born and raised in the cosmopolitan city of Marseille, France where he helped his father behind the counter of his many bars and restaurants. Hoping to break into the hospitality industry in South Florida, he started as a busboy and food runner and eventually worked his way up to the assistant director of food and beverage at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in 2016. He was also hand-selected to join the Hilton Hotels task force to open four new hotels (Hilton West Palm Beach, Hilton Downtown Cleveland, Conrad Chicago and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills) as well as lead training seminars and fill in for employees.
Now, as the COO of Sip Channé, the married father of three is excited to bring the company to new heights.

Happy AAPI heritage month! This abbreviation stands for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is observed in the United States during the month of May, and recognizes the contributions and influence of Asian Americans and Pacific Islander Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.
But the USA is called the melting pot for a reason. We are a connected world.
As a Caucasian Black woman, I celebrate AAPI heritage month with Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, all of Asia, including the Middle East.
May is the perfect time to savor the flavors and traditions of Asian food and culture.
Because we all deserve a chance to celebrate our heritage, even when we are learning.
Celebrate with childhood favorites or the newest Asian American brands, presenting new interpretations on classic flavors.
In advance, thank you for supporting an AAPI-owned business!
