Happy AAPI heritage month! This abbreviation stands for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is observed in the United States during the month of May, and recognizes the contributions and influence of Asian Americans and Pacific Islander Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

But the USA is called the melting pot for a reason. We are a connected world.

As a Caucasian Black woman, I celebrate AAPI heritage month with Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, all of Asia, including the Middle East.

May is the perfect time to savor the flavors and traditions of Asian food and culture.

Because we all deserve a chance to celebrate our heritage, even when we are learning.

Celebrate with childhood favorites or the newest Asian American brands, presenting new interpretations on classic flavors.
