Ukrainian brand, Kachorovska, launched fashion campaign powered by artificial intelligence during wartime. The third generation woman brand generated the “We Speak Shoes,” campaign with neural network for converting text.

This new campaign,”We Speak Shoes,” is the first of its kind marrying fashion with Artificial Intelligence technology to show the world the Kachorovska footwear brand is always “one step ahead.”

Kachorovska, the largest footwear brand in Ukraine, has started a movement and will set an example for the fashion industry which will inspire the world with their creative bravery.

The idea of implementing digital art in the shoe campaign almost had fallen into our hands. At that time, there was a buzz in the global network about releasing various models of latent diffusion, a type of deep generative neural network for converting text into images” comments Vitaly Yermak, the campaign Art Designer.

The brand tested all the most popular types and their resources to adjust the algorithm for working in the videos. Each pair of shoes was created a mood board and visual matching its fashion style and then used AI to interpret it into the text towards understanding the clues augmentation, allowing to go back and precisely generate the needed image style.

This process was repeated as many times as needed until the basis was no longer a mood board but an interpretation itself in the form of fractal reimagining. 

During this period, while the campaign was worked on the videos with the help of a neural network, has been created about 290186 unique variations of the “KACHOROVSKA” shoe styles. The AI did what would have taken a person forever in 3210784 seconds. I believe we are witnessing the birth of a new era in culture. I call it a neo-renaissance, where there is absolute neo/innovative creativity that creates pure beauty in its highest essence” states Alina Kachorovska.

The last few decades, there have been an extensive growth of artificial social superstructures. As a result, creativity collided with dependence on marketing, commerce, taste unification, and all those globalization processes. It became overpowering. The interpretations were winning over newness, and creative bravery was giving into the audience’s “tastes and demands.” 

As a visionary, Alina Kachorovska always been on the lookout for the next big thing in everything. So, the need for change had been broiling in the mind of the brands creative designer for more than a year. Alina realized that AI and its capacity for infinite variations is the engine of transformations and the vessel to transition to neo-renaissance, something new, something great. Alina believes we can all breakthrough our imaginary comfort zone and see much more.

Such an exciting and phenomenal journey is unfolding before humans — millions of new designs and experiences through the opened portal of endless and absolute creativity — as described in timeless “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy,” is one of Alina’s favorite science fictions.

They currently ship 25,000 commercial pairs of shoes a year to their customers and are still successfully conducting business even while the war on Ukraine continues. In any city in Ukraine on almost every street you will see women wearing Kachorovska shoes which are also frequently worn by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. The company is now even more focused on growing their business in international marketplaces. The brand concentrates its attention to its core category footwear but also produces handbags and apparel to provide their customers a head-to-toe look.

Chicago Head Turning Fashion Entrepreneur: Factor Eleven

In 2012, I arrived in Chicago with my newly minted bachelor’s degree in fashion design. My arrival brought with the all-to-common realization that pursuing my career of choice appeared mutually exclusive with the ability to keep the lights on in my small apartment. Trying to be realistic, and my love of being able to eat regularly led me to the only profession in which I had any marketable skills – retail. Importantly, I do not want to imply in any way that retail is a lesser career – I had just thought I was on the way to designing the dress hanging in the window instead of selling it. While my retail job let me pay for rent, I never stopped searching for my chance to break into the fashion design industry. In a year of searching, the closest I came was an entry-level design position that was unpaid, but unpaid internships are the avenue into difficult fields,right? The designer quashed that hope – “You can’t be a fashion designer in Chicago anymore.”

Frustrated, I looked for anyway in which I could jumpstart my design career.  After researching the paths of others like me, I launched my Etsy shop, Factor Eleven, in May 2013. Initially, I sold what I knew, women’s hair accessories, but was never able to make consistent sales. By 2014, having tried the traditional 9 to 5 office job, I started to nanny for a three-month-old baby girl with a very stylish mother, which turned out to be a great fit. As she grew, I made her gifts like bibs, bow holders, and personalized onesies. For her one-year photo shoot, her mother asked me if I could make a tutu that matched the colors of her room. Having never made a tutu, I did my research and at the shoot Julie Newell, the photographer, ended up loving it. They asked if I would collaborate with them, which has led to the rebooted Factor Eleven you can find online today.

Some might see designing for infants and toddlers as a compromise, but the market is diverse and active, allowing a bold and over-the-top look that just would not work with women’s wear. My tutus are inspired by seasons, color trends, walks through fabric stores, and the ideas of customers. A few months ago a mother of twins came to me looking for a tutu set for her daughter and a matching bow-tie for her son to wear for a golden safari themed birthday shoot. After lots of research on the golden safari theme I created custom matching accessories in burlap and lace, a combination I wouldn’t have previously thought would work. Sometimes customers offer the inspiration themselves. asking if I could design  After the photo-shoot, many use the tutus to play dress up – some even order them specifically for that purpose. I love hearing that a little girl wore one of my designs to school or “just won’t take it off.” I am proud to have designed items that are cherished.

I do not design couture wedding dresses in a fashion house overseas, but I am proud to tell people all about what I do. Not because I “work in fashion” rather because I am doing something I love and am passionate about. I have fun creating new designs, get excited to seeing the beautiful photos that Julie Newell Photography takes of them, and am truly happy to hear stories about the little girl’s who wore them.

Finding Cute Work Clothes For Women

Maturing as a business woman is a process. As I further develop my Public Relations and Crisis Management career, fashion is must. I am a woman who likes to get the best deals on work clothes and still look great and unique in my  work clothing. You can ask my father, I am very frugal and particular when I shop for work clothes. My shoe game is an exception. I will never buy cheap shoes because I like shoes that look great with everything and the shoes are comfortable. Flats and heels all comfortable for me.
