This is such a great video on the science and economics behind why there are so many women out here that find it challenging to find decent men. Women simply don’t stick to their boundaries. 1 orange
4tbsp of cornmeal
A bowl
Spoon
And a juicer
Once you have all your ingredients, start peeling away ( save those peels). Next, squeeze the juice and pulp of the orange into your bowl ( you can also use your juicer).
Afterwards, add your 4tbsp of cornmeal into the bow of orange mix. This will help you form a paste.
Use the orange exfoliation scrub during your show or bath to clean your whole body. You can also do a quick facial with your orange exfoliation scrub, if you’re on the go. It only takes a 3 minute scrub to really benefit from the all natural exfoliation scrub.
Each mixture will only last two days because it will spoil. The fresher your mix, the better your skin results. I try to make a new batch every few days.
