In honor of The Red Pump Project, Self Love and Care for my partner, I got tested and examined for STDs, STIs, HIV/AIDS and cervical cancer this month.

When I was a little bit younger I use to have bad anxiety about general doctor appointments and gynecology appointments because I feared bad outcomes.

As I get older, I understand how important it is to protect my health and the well being of my intimate partner.

It takes only minutes to get tested and exams take no more than 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Trust me, your life is worth it.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Don’t be afraid to know. Get tested.
