Here are 15 things you should consider incorporating into your routine to balance out your spirit, mind, and body:

1. Exercise – Find an activity or workout that you enjoy doing and do it regularly.

2. Be more appreciative – Stop thinking about things that are not going right for you and start appreciating those that are.

4. Breathe deeply – Anytime it comes to mind, stop, and take deep breaths. Over time, it will become a healthy habit.

13. Drink clean water – Buy a drinking water filtration system. Fluoride isn’t good for the body.
