There is a new show on STARZ called The Missing and it is absolutely amazing. I use the word amazing because the show reveals to viewers the horrors of sex trafficking.

The Missing starts with a man named Tony Hughes searching for his son who went missing 8 years ago. His son  abducted from his hands without a trace. Watching the show I can feel how helpless Tony Hughes ( the father) feels. I can also feel his guilt.

How could his  nightmare happen in a blink of the eye? It is so real, yet so unbelievable.

Every episode I hope his son is found safe, but I also dread learning about the sexual abuse of the son or worse… his death.

How do you go on with your life after such a devastating event? Is it possible?

Can discovering what happened to his son and the parties responsible for his son’s disappearance give Tony a sense of closure?

Only time will tell, but this show is eye-opening to the world of sex trafficking. I highly recommend watching this limited dramatic thriller full episodes now.
