Fitness session: Kick Boxing

So every week I try a new fitness workout to keep me motivated and engaged in my physical well being. This Wednesday I had a kick boxing workout! Loved it! 30 minutes was too short because I was having so much fun while feeling the burn. Did some jabs, crossing, squats , jumping jacks, running, and breathing exercises .

My arms and abs felt great after the workout. I highly recommend kick boxing.
