New Year, new beginnings . I have set a goal to lose 20 pounds by summer time. I am just ready to be a happier and healthier me this year.
I don’t want to lose weight in a way that I’m skinny looking and weak. I want to get toned while remaining healthy.
So I consulted with my doctor and she highly recommended the mobile app My Fitness Pal ( it’s a free app) . The fitness app allows you to keep track of your daily calories and add in the amount of physical activities you have performed during the day. I can add beverages as well and scan barcodes of foods and beverages I consume for utmost accuracy.
It’s awesome!
So what did I have for dinner tonight?
Alfredo Chicken! It’s only 240 calories.
