Healthier Salads: Use Dark Greens

For your salad, use darker greens like romaine lettuce or spinach rather than iceberg lettuce. Darker greens pack more vitamins and minerals. Make sure 3/4 of your bowl or plate consist of dark greens more than anything else in your salad.
