US government legalizes Iphone applications to multiple external carriers and more!

The United states government, today, announced new rules that allow, legally, for IPhone owners to run unauthorized third-party applications and use cell phones for use on multiple carriers! This means, if you are not a customer of At&t;, you can still buy and use an Iphone for voice calls and EDGE data speeds on rival carriers such as T-Mobile !
The government approved a handful of new exemptions to a federal law that prevents the bypass of technical measure that prevent users from accessing and modifying copyrighted works. The reason for these exemptions is to allow, every three years, a monitoring of existing law to avoid prevention of non-infringing use of copyrighted material.

In addition, people have the right to break protections on video games to investigate or correct security flaws. This is beneficial for educators because it gives the privilege to break copy protection measures on DVDS for embed clips, criticism, commentary and noncommercial videos. Also it allows computer owners to override the need for external security devices  if the hardware malfunctions and can not be replaced.

Plus, it gives back Apple users some democratic freedoms by having the ability to run software not approved by Apple and to allow the right of no censorship of media…including pornography, which Android allows.
